References group or subentry?

Demonyms and derivatives can be indicated either as a subentry or as a references group. How do we choose between these 2 elements?

Subentries are the same as entries, but they contain headwords which doesn't "deserve" or "need" their own entries, or which have their own entries and need their details to be repeated under another one. Subentries headwords can have translations, definitions and references.

Use the "subentry" element if you want to indicate a headword demonym or derivative with its definition and/or translation.

References group are used to give some forms to the reader, as an information, and if he wants to know more about them, he will read their entries. Forms in a references group are usually more than one. They are given as a list of words which share the same type of connection with the heardword (i.e., they all are the headword synonyms).

Use the "references group" element when you want to give a list of demonyms/derivatives, without dwelling too much on their "individuality".
